Yoga helped to remind me what I already knew in my heart, to be present, to be kind, and to surrender to the knowing that everything is happening for my greatest good.
The beautiful dance of breathe, flow, and movement continuously brings me into alignment both on and off the mat.
My specialty class offering is Yin + Sound. This yoga class creates a container to safely stretch, move, breathe, and connect deeply within. Tuning inwards you will set intentions to connect to your authentic Self, deeply relax, and release anything that no longer serves. Our Yin yoga will focus on the energetics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Elements. My classes help to restore and create optimal healing for total mind-body wellness, with sound waves and frequencies of love, compassion, and healing. Energetically leaving aligned, balanced, and with improved physical and emotional wellbeing.
I hope to share the ancient and modern practices of yoga and meditation to help you experience the same joy of flow and the Medicine of Yin + Sound - of being conscious and connected to your Highest Self.
Meditation
I grew up meditating since the age of 4. It has always been a part of my life and I have first handedly experienced the benefits of having an ongoing meditation practice.
With our fast paced lives it is even more important to set aside time for meditation and cultivate your inner wellness. Through quieting the mind and tuning inwards we can begin to experience deep states of calm, relaxation, peace, and begin to live in love with ourselves and everyone around us.
Teaching ourselves how to withdraw our outer senses and go within enables us to let go of stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness, and allows us to learn how to react only with love, live in the present, and step through life as our most vibrant self.
